FREE International calls with Tiscali
From the 1st September 2007 Tiscali will be introducing some pricing changes to the our Tiscali Talk packages.
The most exciting change is that we will now be including FREE calls to landlines in our top 10 international calling destinations to our call packages.
These destinations include USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands.
The free calls will apply wherever a customer currently has free calls to UK 01 and 02 landlines.

How you pay for the calls you make
When you make a call via Fresh Solutions you only pay for calling one of our access numbers. It is your service provider that will charge you - not us. So for example, if you made a 5 minute call to India from a BT phone, then next time you got your BT bill you would see a call to our 0871 number, a duration of 5 minutes and a charge of 50p and absolutely no charges by us. Simple!
The prices shown on this site are BT's charges per minute for calling the Fresh Solutions access number and you are charged per second from connection to our service. If you're not with BT you need to check with your service provider how much they will charge for calls made to these access numbers. Some mobile service providers even bundle some of the access numbers into certain free minutes packages. If you are thinking of using a Fresh Solutions access number from your mobile phone please first check the charges with your mobile service provider. CLICK HERE for the contact numbers.
Also there is a surcharge from BT payphones, please check at the point of making your call.

 Calling Abroad from a Mobile?
Using TopUp2Talk from your mobile phone
Making super-low-cost international calls from your mobile couldn't be easier thanks to topup2talk. This page will explain how you do it.
Making the Top-up
Top-up directly from your mobile - Text us the message FRESH to the short number 83006. This text will cost you £3 and we will credit your mobile phone with £3 of call credit.
Making the Call from your mobile
After topping-up you can make international calls from your mobile any time you want. All you have to do is dial one of the access numbers, followed by your international number in full (remember not to press your send or call button again after you have dialed the international number).

Please note that when using the 0800 access number we charge a 2p per minute surcharge for your international call. To see which access number may be best for you click here.
Which access number is best to use?
You can use the access number 0207 124 6666 if calling from a mobile as this may be part of bundled free minutes you may have on your particular mobile contract. Or if you have free national/local calls from your home/office phone.
To get the best possible value from topup2talk please check your personal charging structure with your mobile network. Your network will be able to tell you which of the above access codes will be the cheapest for you to use. You needn't worry too much. The most that any call is likely to cost will be equivalent to your standard calls to a landline. So at worst - you can call the USA from your mobile for the cost of a standard call plus just 1p. If your mobile operator offers free minutes, that's 300 minutes to the USA for only £3!
To find out the cost of calling from a UK mobile, or a non BT landline, you should confirm the rates directly with your service provider as these may vary.

All calls are billed at your telecom providers relevant 0870 & 0844 call rates. To find out the cost of calling from a service provider other than BT, contact your service provider directly; remember your service provider may have a minimum call or connection charge for all calls.
